I liked this song initially, but it was so overplayed. I remember liking her second single more, and I liked her remake of "Fire." She also had a song with Terence Trent D'arby that I like as well.

Oh wow, I haven't heard this song in an mmmbop.... just coming into this thread and remembering the song, I realized that I actually know a lot of the lyrics to it....
I thought her voice was sweet and soothing on this track...

Fantastic song, and achieves the difficult feat of being inspirational/uplifting without being laughably corny. It's one of those songs that's especially effective when you hear it once in a while out of nowhere.
