I'm surprised at the amount of number ones so far this year. The average for a year is about 15. There have already been seven, and it looks like eight is coming soon.

Likely due to the recent Clear Channel mess.

I feel like every song on the chart right now is involved in payola.

I feel like every Beyonce song on the chart right now is involved in payola. I see what you're saying though. It seems like every song is headed to atleast Top 10. The only exceptions seem to be "Funhouse," "She Wolf," and "I Want To Know What Love Is".

I can't remember I saw the "going for adds" or "future releases" list so empty on FMQB or AllAccess.

Every song from #33 to #50 on the Pop chart has a bullet right now.

Every song in the Top 5 has over 10,000 spins today. Is this a first?

Trends seem to changing in the Top 40. I'm hearing more guitars, which excites me!

Anyone else starting hear some sort of change in trends? The the sound for the 2010's is starting to develop, and it's a weird one.

I'm hoping for a trend of organic, minimalist electro mixed with beat-accompanied Hot AC music!

It looks like songs are going recurrent once they leave the Top 10 now.

It looks like songs are going recurrent once they leave the Top 10 now. Yep. In an effort to speed up the chart. It still won't work lol

The Top 10 looks great and diverse right now. It's becoming increasingly difficult for my rhythmic-leaning LA stations to stay rhythmic-leaning.
