"You See The Trouble With Me" was a Barry White hit, not a Stevie Wonder song.

2000 was a terrible year for UK chart-toppers (evidenced by the fact that there were 42 number 1's and loads of 1 week wonders). My favourite 2000 chart-topper was probably either "Pure Shores" or "Toca's Miracle".
This was ok, I remember my Mum loving it as she is a big Barry White fan. IT kinda passed me by though.
