This has also been added at Hot 97 apparently.

This has also been added at Hot 97 apparently. That's amazing for airplay. Seriously, 10 spins at Hot 97 is like a million in audience or something crazy like that.

Also.... I've listened to Hot 97 for over ten years now and I've NEVER heard anything related to Madonna on it. Now she's in her 50's on NYC's Hip-Hop and R&B station. It's like... wow.

Maybe because she's never really had a Hip-Hop and R&B song before.

Yeah, I remember hearing "Erotica" for the first time on my local R&B station when I was 7.

During that time she wasn't as cool as now, because of the Erotica album I guess. This another comeback for Madonna and the song features Justin too.

Part of it, I think, also has to do with the fact that urban is now a little friendlier both toward white artists and pop-leaning songs than it was throughout much of the 1990s and 2000s.

The bullet seems to be shrinking more and more everyday. This will probably peak soon. I'm a little sad more stations didn't put this into heavy rotation. But at the same time, this performed much better than I initially predicted.
Is there still a chance this might "explode" and go Top 5?

There's a remix featuring Flo Rida.
Anyway, I heard her performance of this from Radio 1's Big Weekend and it's SO awkward. Justin is so integral to this song it's a bit pathetic to just have his voice playing from a track. At least have a backing singer do his parts.

Looks like she'll be able to squeeze out a Top 5 Pop hit... barely.

I just noticed this was #1 on the Canadian Hot 100 for 9 weeks, the longest of any #1 so far this year. It was non-consecutive tho, "Take A Bow" was #1 for a week in between, then Madonna returned.
Well actually, "I Kissed A Girl" has been #1 for 9 straight weeks, so if it's #1 again this week it will break the tie.

LMAO! Madonna is the last artist I would think Kidz Bop would cover, next to Lil' Wayne, etc...
ROFL at changing "the road to Hell" to "Heaven".
