I always think it's hilarious when that male computer voice randomly shouts "Trust!" in the middle of Monica's verse.

I dont understand why this song is taking so long to go up the charts, Mo did it in the ATL performance, sounds like her Miss Thang days, i love the part "im down, down, down, down"

Its a leftover track. She needs to stop releasing scraps and expecting urban to eat it up.

Cool! I love this song. im surprised its not doing better than it is. I felt the same way, but it is now picking up and bout to be top 10 at Urban, im glad it kinda stalled though, because there are alot of activity in the top 10, i think this song has longevity and even a chance for Number 1, it is clearly the best song on the album scrapped song or not

Keyshia Cole gave fans more than their money’s worth by bringing out an all-star lineup at her “A Different Me” tour stop at NOKIA Theatre L.A. LIVE on Thursday (June 18). After sets from Keri Hilson and The-Dream, the R&B songstress surprised the audience with special guests Nas (“Oh-Oh, Yeah-Yea”), Lil’ Kim (“Let It Go”), Too $hort (“Didn’t I Tell You”), Diddy (“Last Night”), and Monica (“Trust”). She was even surprised herself with a multi-platinum plaque for 5 million albums sold.
“You saw everyone tonight. You shoulda paid $1,000 for your ticket!” she joked to the packed house.

Its a leftover track. She needs to stop releasing scraps and expecting urban to eat it up. I don't think this song's performance has anything to do with it being a leftover. The average radio listener doesn't even know this song is old. The singles from this album just aren't as strong as her others. She is going to have to step it up with her next album.

Her album has done amazingly well though. Their lazy strategy is working somewhat.

Im not saying people know its a old song, but what im saying is she is releasing sub par material all together and expecting radio to love it. All 3 of the singles form this album have been mediocre at best so her luck is hopefully running out at urban.

Her album has done amazingly well though. Their lazy strategy is working somewhat. It has done well, but it's still her lowest selling album and I'm sure they weren't anticipating that.

Monica, Maxwell, Ginuwine, Lil' Kim, and Twista all Top 10 at Urban at the same time. What's the year again? Maxwell ain't been out since 2001, so I'll go with April 2003 to April 2004 span: Monica - "Knock Knock", "U Should've Known Better" Ginuwine - "In Those Jeans", "Stingy" Lil' Kim - "The Jumpoff", "Magic Stick" Twista - "Slow Jamz", "Celebrity Overnight"
