Best song on the album, and possibly John's best song ever. What compelled Sony to run with "Who Says" as the first single with this available is absolutely beyond me.
It's at #44 with a +203 bullet on (for all intents and purposes) instant impact at Hot AC - I'm sensing a #1 smash there. Despite the pure adult rock sound, I also think this notably enough to make noise at Pop. Star 94 went early last week and it sounds excellent on the radio. It's perfect for the winter months.

This is my second favorite song on the album after "Assassin." It's great and I can see it being big at HAC radio, but he doesn't have anything that strikes me as a crossover hit on this album.

This isn't doing as well as I thought it would.

Yeah, this era is surprisingly underwhelming on the charts. He's even flopping at AC. As much as I like the album, none of it sounds really radio ready to me.

Top 40 Pop... actually better than I would have thought.

Whoa, so this did wind up performing respectably after all. Good.

Whoa, so this did wind up performing respectably after all. Good. Yeah. It never had a big bullet. It's just been slowly and consistently climbing the past two months.

Moves from #48 to #39 on the Hot 100. Not a bad move at all. I'd call this a hit now.

This is my favorite track on the record - in fact, the only track on the record I can stomach. I loved his first three equally.
This sounds like something from "Heavier Things." It'd be awesome if this became a hit.
It sucks that he's known for crap like "Your Body Is A Wonderland, "Daughters," (though I liked it at the time) and "Say" (barf), when he could've released stuff like "My Stupid Mouth," "3x5," "Neon," "Split Screen Sadness," "Stop This Train," and "In Repair."
