She’s written for Jennifer Lopez, Danity Kane, and Mary J. Blige. Now singer-songwriter Wynter Gordon steps to the mic with her electro-dance record “Dirty Talk.” The David Guetta production leaked last year, but is now being promoted as the buzz single from Wynter’s Atlantic Records debut With the Music I Die, due later this year.

This is pretty good. Sounds like a huge UK and guido hit.

Wynter Gordon goes from geek to goddess in the “Gossip Girl” meets Harry Potter meets Alice in Wonderland video for “Dirty Talk,” her debut dance single. The singer-songwriter frolics with nymphs on the beach and in the woods in the fairytale-like scenes filmed in Nassau County, Long Island. “I just wanted to go in a whole different direction ’cause the song is very dirty, but I’m not,” said Wynter. “I didn’t want to do what was expected—raunch.”

After penning hit songs for Mary J. Blige, Danity Kane, and Jennifer Lopez, it’s Wynter Gordon’s time to shine. Fairytales come true in the video for the singer-songwriter’s debut single “Dirty Talk.” Wynter plays a bookworm who turns into a goddess once she steps into an imaginary world of nymphs. “I just wanted to go in a whole different direction ’cause the song is very dirty, but I’m not,” explained Wynter. “I didn’t want to do what was expected—raunch.”

I'm glad that she opted not to go with raunch, but I'm not sure this was necessarily an improvement.
