This is a little messy. I think their "comeback" will be short-lived.

If I remember the contract correctly they sold their souls to Satan for one more hit, not two. This will flop.

I haven't decided which is more painful - hearing the burnt-to-a-crisp "Hey, Soul Sister" for the 458,919th time, or this mess. Either way, this is Top 10 at Hot AC now.

This is okay but it also tries to hard and just falls flat at times. It sounds out of 2001.

This is okay but it also tries to hard and just falls flat at times. I've always gotten that vibe from them, at least lyrically. They're trying to be quirky and humorous and instead it just comes off as weird. Even "Hey, Soul Sister" had those nonsensical lines about being "gangsta and thug," but the song was strong enough that it didn't matter. Not so much with this one.

Yeah. I also think instrumentally they are trying really hard to be catchy here, but those parts just come off as jarring.

They are performing "Hey, Soul Sister" live before the MLB All-Star HomeRun Derby in Los Angeles... LMAO...
The lead singer is such a douche-y 40 something year old guy trying way too hard to look young

I actually heard this a lot more than its chart position on the Hot 100 would suggest, but then again it is all the way up at #2 on the Hot AC chart.

I don't think I have ever heard this.
It might have come on the radio, but I just change thinking its another generic AC song
