If this is released it will be a HUGE Hot 100 #1.
I want Avicii to get due credit though because it's like he's literally rappping over his actual song. It should be Flo Rida f/ Avicii (or better yet- Avicii f/ Flo Rida lol)

If this is released it will be a HUGE Hot 100 #1. YES! I just hope it doesn't get lost in some legal bullsh*t...or this won't be the version they release because they won't get clearance to do so or some sh*t. Then Guetta will "re-work" the beat...

This is his best song since "Low", even though it's really just him rapping random things over the beat.

his label is REALLY quick to clean up any download links for this.
I think what's happening here is they want this to become a single, but haven't gotten the sample cleared yet.

Officially the single! Sample cleared!!! Co-produced by Dr. Luke and Avicii Flo Rida keeps the dance floor moving with “Good Feeling,” the first single from his fourth album Only 1 Rida (Part 2). Co-produced by Dr. Luke and Avicii, the feel-good jam contains a sample of the legendary Etta James’ “Something’s Got a Hold on Me.”
“Clearing the sample was just amazing!” Flo tells Rap-Up.com. “I felt like if we had to do anything different to the record, it probably would’ve taken away from it, but to actually clear the record and hear the outcome is just a blessing. I thank God.”
Part 2 will also feature a collaboration with Australian singer Sia when it arrives this fall.

Ha- they're giving Avicii a production sample.
The final version sounds really different though. The beat isn;t as hot.
Still this is a surefire #1.

Actually this basically doesn't sample the real "Levels" at all.

#66 on iTunes now I actually think this version is hotter than the previous one. I think instantly the original one is hotter, but this will be just as good over time.

The thing is "Levels" is one of the hottest dance beats of the past few years, so for people who already know it, the sample is what made the original leak of "Good Feeling" so good.
But I think if I heard the final version of "Good Feeling" for the first time, I would A ) think it's a really hot song and B ) not really hear the Avicii sample apart from the Etta James vocals.

Flo Rida Samples Etta James On 'Good Feeling' 'It's legendary,' Flo tells MTV News of his brand-new single.
By Rob Markman
Soul singers are making a comeback in 2011. First Jay-Z and Kanye resurrected Otis Redding on their single "Otis," and now Flo Rida reworks some classic Etta James vocals for his new single "Good Feeling."
And like his past #1 hits, including 2007's "Low" and '09's "Right Round," Flo is expecting to top the charts once again.
"It's legendary, we got Etta James featured on there, so it's crazy," he told MTV News from the 2011 VMA black carpet on Sunday. "Produced by Dr. Luke; you know we always with those #1 records. I'm very excited."
The song, which was released to iTunes on Monday, starts out with a dance-infused drum pattern, complete with electric bleeps that echo throughout the intro. After the eighth bar, Etta James' vocals are ushered in: "Ohhh, sometimes I get a good feeling."
The sample is lifted from James' 1962 "Something's Got a Hold on Me" and has been updated for a 2011 electro-feel. After the chorus, Flo comes in, rapping in double-time about his success in the music game. And the Carol City, Florida, MC has much to celebrate. Later this year, he'll release his fourth solo LP, Only One Rida (Part 2), the follow-up to his 2010 album, which included the hit singles "Club Can't Handle Me" and "Turn Around (5, 4, 3, 2, 1)."
Now he can add a song with Etta James — or at least an Etta James sample — to his list of musical moments. "You know, it just gotta be a blessing from God to make that happen," Flo Rida said. "We got that cleared and I'm very excited."

It hasn't even gone for adds True but it's a lead single from a popular artist and has been on iTunes for a while. It's not like radio has no access to it. They've been playing several songs lately that haven't gone for adds yet.

"Club Can't Handle Me" took forever to take off, and that was when Guetta was the "it producer". I wouldn't expect radio to jump on anything he does they way they do A list artists.
This cracks the top 50 at Rhythmic and Pop with a healthy bullet.

Flo Rida lives life to the fullest in the video for “Good Feeling,” the first single from his fourth album Only 1 Rida (Part 2). The feel-good record, co-produced by Dr. Luke and Avicii, samples Etta James’ “Something’s Got a Hold on Me.” In the montage piece, the bald rapper travels the world, works out, hangs with Snoop Dogg, and rides the light cycle from Tron. Follow Flo on his journey.
