521k is the official number as per Billboard. This sh*t is debuting at #1 on the Hot 100. It does not! It debuts at #2 thanks to the new On-Demand chart covering the difference between "Boyfriend"'s sales + airplay and that of fun.

I'm actually surprised. Love or hate the song, you can't argue that it's first week wasn't amazing in both sales and radio play.

They are weighting streaming way too much. Just when I felt like the Hot 100 was the most accurate it's ever been, they go and screw up it again.

He's screwed with radio. "Boyfriend" has got to be the best song from his new album.

I actually liked this and though for sure this was going to #1 at pop. I guess the casual listener must not like him enough or is too embarrassed to listen to a Bieber song in the car.
