Why is Alabama waiting until January to release the box set? With Christmas shopping starting up it seems like the perfect time to put something like this out. I for one would get at least 3 or 4 for gifts but it's hard to do that a month after Christmas. It's not like there is anything on there that they will be promoting so why not release this between Thanksgiving and Christmas. The new releases are pretty much non-existent right now so there would be hardly any competition other than Garth but the person that buys one would probably buy the other one. The Garth set will be gifts to a lot of people from me and it would be great to have the Alabama box set as well. Just another dumb decision by these guys old label. They quit on Bama a long time ago. I'm In The Mood should have been a hit but it didn't reach the top 40 if I remember correctly, and this pretty much signaled the end for the boys. I am not a HUGE fan of these guys newer works but it was still solid compared to everything else out at the same time.
What are your guys projection on sales for this set. I would think they would be huge since they have a large crossover fan base. I can't wait to see a track listing for this. I hear there will be some live stuff on it as well as some studio sessions and demos. It will be interesting to see if there is any promotion for this.

I haven't seen any promotion for this . This is horrible. I am not sure of the release date but I know it is soon.
