This song reminds me of My Humps! I like this song though, its a guilty pleasure of mine. I like how the music changes... and the catchy, dumb but feel good lyrics..... Cool song! I found it interesting , that Fatima ( former choreographer for Aaliyah and others) actually had a hand in directing the video. Hopefully its good.

Fatima directed the "Hey Mama" video as well.

This has been in my head all morning. Does the video premiere this week? I haven't seen a premiere date, but it's supposed to be inspired by Charlie & The Chocolate Factory. There are some people I don't want to see covered in chocolate, and Fergie is one of them.

9. Is "promiscuous" a direct reference to Nelly Furtado? I mean, that's a pretty big/rare word to use on pop radio. NU TREND? Miss Info was on Hot 97 saying that it's a direct diss to Nelly and now she posted something about it on her MySpace:

I don't think its a diss. Who would want to be promiscuous anyway? isn't that someone with ho-ish tendencies or random boy/girl friends? I love "Promiscuous" and Nelly Furtado, but I don't consider myself promiscuous!

I think it's more of a shout-out to a song that's popular than a diss. I doubt seriously she and Nelly have any issues with each other.

Another horrible mess from Fergie. Her songs are so bad she almost makes me miss J.Lo.

She just sucks. And this is taking off "London Bridge"-style. I thought that would be it for her, but no.
As for the "Promiscuous" reference, I doubt it's a diss, but even if it is, it's laughable because both Nelly and the song are about 400x better than this drivel.

The fact that this is blowing up at radio while "Maneater" flopped makes me hate this song even more than I already did... which is a whole lot of hate.

I felt the same way about "London Bridge". I have no idea how that crap managed to blow up as it did while "Deja Vu" (which is far superior) tumbled down the charts.

LOL at Fergie saying she's a crystal light junkie in that clip. Is that the new nickname for it these days?

I LOVE this song.
It is so catchy and the beat is great. I love the "baby, baby... babay" bridge. It sounds like a whole 'nother song.
