It's decent, I'm not overly impressed.

I love this too. Very different for the boys yet it's still really good.

The question is... how successful will this be on Top 40?

I hate this. The verses - WTF, they really are channeling the Backstreet Boys. And then they try to switch it up for the chorus, it just doesn't work.
I can see this having a hype-induced large bullet for a few weeks at Pop, but fizzling out really fast and underperforming. Top 20 would be a "maybe".

Finally the radio overhype of a song will be in my favor! I wanna hear it every hour on the hour on all Clear Channel stations! at least it doesn't sample "The Lonely Goatherd"

at least it doesn't sample "The Lonely Goatherd" I think that should just be copied onto all threads -- no matter how bad something is, at least it doesn't sample "The Lonely Goatherd"! And just a thought, but doesn't ClearChannel support the war in Iraq, might there be a problem with the "arms race"/dealer thing?

LOL this is such a strange song!
I like it somewhat though. The verses remind me of like 90's Euro boyband Pop mixed with like 80's rock-pop bands. The chorus seems like a huge juxtaposition, but it works.
I can't see this getting the airplay that "Sugar" and "Dance" got though.

Whaddaya know. +113 out of the box spins, including KDWB, KRBE, and KISS 108/Boston on board. Dandy.

the AMA performance was horrible (as usual for them on TV), but I don't think it'll matter. the hype of doing a performance on an awards show seems to matter to radio more than how it was actually pulled off in most cases.

Its the AMA's, who watches that? But I actually thought that performance was fine, for them. The song sounded less boy band-ish and more screamo.

Who cares if they sound like crap, Pete is, like, soooo adorable, hee hee hee Still not impressed by this song. And the performance was the definition of shrill.
