The thing with me is it takes me a moment to get into the 'Beyonce approaching newer sounds' than the 'Beyonce in her comfort zone', naturally. SL was a comfortable zone. IIWAB wasn't. I don't necessarily hate the songs, as much as I have to spin the song enough to include it in her repertoire (if this makes sense at all). Once I became used to her singing AAA and HAC type songs on the first disc, I loved the songs.

This song is incredible. It's doing way better internationally than in the US, which doesn't surprise me. Even her tour is doing better internationally. She's doing it one single at a time everywhere else, which is how it should be done.
This whole "be everything to everybody" approach she's taking in the US is getting her hits, but not huge multi-format ones like she could be getting. Oh well, she's making money either way, whatever.

It's been making some pretty good moves on iTunes this past week, up to 27. Still moving slow as hell at radio though...

LMAO @ the payola talk already. This just went AT40 this weekend, which explains a lot of the increase. We'll see how it holds up normally.
Side note, "Halo" just went recurrent. It also became her longest running CHR hit.

Three and half months later... this is finally top 20. ![:P](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/tongue.png) She really should have performed this.

I would've loved to have seen a full performance of this song. She teased us with it, then went into another tired performance of "Single Ladies".

LOL at this taking 4 months to finally hit the Top 10. and it basically jumped from 30 to 10 in one month. The first three months of this song`s run (the entire summer) was totally stagnant.

This is probably my favorite Pop single by Beyonce to date. Since this is doing so well I'm assuming we'll be getting another single soon. It should be "Radio" but you KNOW she's going to release another boring ass ballad from Disc 1. She'll release BHG since there's already a video for it.

B'Day was so much better. It's a shame she didn't have this kind of longevity with that album.

The same thing happened with "Halo". Once it hit the Top 10 the bullet went +1000 and shot to No. 2.

I still love this... it's my favourite single of hers in a while. I feel like it has more substance and is less novelty than "Single Ladies".
