This is #1 on iTunes now and Britney is down to #3, so this will probably be #1 on the next Hot 100. Gross.

I know that this song sucks, but it's still catchy. And it's absolutely huge. So I think it deserves to get to #1.

Voice, lyrics, the artists age, etc..... it doesn't mean that I can't appreciate it for what it is. Very disposable but catchy pop.

This might peak at #2 on CHR. It deserves to sneak in a week or two at the top, though. I thought "Down" would be done by now.

This reminds me of when "So What" and "Hot N Cold" were both Top 2 with 10000+ spins. Katy eventually got to No. 1 and I think this will as well.

So we were bar-hopping last night, and guess which song got all the college kids up and dancing (guys and girls alike)?
Yep. This song's success is unreal to me.

Claude Kelly, Ke$ha and Dr. Luke absolutely NAILED it with this one.
It has zero burn factor, and it such a feel-good, sing-a-long song that you just can't help but get hooked to, as annoying that may be.

I saw this. ROTFL. She couldn't even name "Run This Town?" And what's with this claim that she doesn't listen to pop music?

I will never understand when an artist makes a certain kind of music and then go on and say that they don't listen to that music. Why make music that you don't even like?

Streaming Z100 right now, and what do I hear?
"The taxi man turned on the radio, and Z100's on! And Z100's on! And Z100's on!"
Puke-worthy. But I'm actually surprised I haven't heard a similar edit anywhere else. I guess it's just as well since she supposedly doesn't actually know any Jay-Z songs...
