This is the follow-up to "Cupid's Chokehold" You can hear it here: myspace.com/gymclassheroesI'm on the fence with it. Again- I think it's like I'd like it in small doses but it's not the type of song I can stand a lot of.

This is WAY better than "Cupid's Chokehold". I like it.

Yeah there's something nice about the chorus that has a laid-back summer afternoon vibe. Overall though, it just seems a little generic to me... like Fort Minor's stuff.

Thank god they didn't go with "Clothes Off!". That song is like post-2003 Black Eyed Peas territory with Patrick Stump as their Fergie.

*imagines Patrick Stump shaking his ass in a video a la Fergie*
*eyes burn*
Yeah, this song is a better choice.

I think "Clothes Off" is still the next single. It's up on All Access and a bunch of stations are adding it.

The video for this premieres April 30th. I'd rather have them be a one hit wonder than be known for crap like "Clothes Off".

I love this now. The instrumental is almost alternative R&B sounding, and I find the chorus very catchy.
I see the video a lot now. It's a great video too.
This is getting a push from the label, but not going for adds. I don't get it. Not sure what this song's status as a single is.

This HAS to be a summer hit! It'd be so refreshing to hear this on a hot summer night hanging out on like a dock with some Corona.

It HAS to. But I don't think it will. "Clothes Off" is at #52 right now.
Grrr.

That song is cheesy and novelty as hell and I bet it will have the video to match. "SDTS" on the other hand feels like an actual respectable song. The video is really great too. I think they just threw the video out there to MTVu to show the band's college fans that they didn't completely sell out to the middle school crowd, but who knows.

They're using "Clothes Off" in a cell phone commercial right now. Ugh.

This song should have been next. I've been listening to it a lot, and I've been seeing the video a lot on MTV Hits, so I don't get why they released "Clothes Off." "Clothes Off" grew on me too though.

Does anyone know if they have more songs similar to this one? I downloaded "Papercuts" from an older album and I LOVE it... but so far anything else I checked out sounds more like "Cupid's..." and "Clothes Off." I really want more stuff more like this and "Papercuts."

From that album I liked "Pillmatic", "Petrified Life and the Twice Told Joke", "Graduation Day", and the instrumental "Apollo 3-1-5". edit; "Graduation Day" is also an instrumental.
