Talib Kweli is without a doubt one of my favorite rappers of this decade. He's a better lyricist than he is a rapper, but in the end, his songs are always meaningful and well-produced. "Get By" is one of his more successful singles (and it didn't even do that well). It came out in 2003 and samples Nina Simone's "Sinnerman." There's a phenomenal remix of this song that features Mos Def, Jay-Z, Kanye & Busta. That remix was one of my favorite songs from 2003. Kanye produced this one.
