One of the best ballads of my lifetime. The lyrics. The vocals. It's amazing. It really is a shame that Amy's a b*tch, David's a two-timing asshole, and Ben's an accused rapist.

It really is a shame that Amy's a b*tch, David's a two-timing asshole, and Ben's an accused rapist. WoW! Never knew this... About the song, I really liked it. Especially the remix. There's so much emotion in her voice, and the video was simple, yet stunning, piece that didn't take anything away from the song.

I love the original, it was one of the few songs on Fallen that didn't sound like a generic, contrived Goff-rock song. But then the video version came out... The lyrics are really beautiful though.

This was the 2004 song of the year on my year-end chart. I couldn't bear to hear it for months after radio overplayed it, but I'm not sick of it anymore. A fabulous song. I think I like the radio version a little more than I do the album one because the former sounds more "rock" during the bridge.

wow, one of my favourite songs of all-time. I bought the daredevil soundtrack immediately after watching the movie - its great - it has both bring me to life and my immortal
I also love the video version of this song. I bought the single just for the video version.

I think I like the radio version a little more than I do the album one because the former sounds more "rock" during the bridge. I love both equally. when the radio version didn't exist - I played the album version. The chart life for this song is funny. It was released almost a year before it became a single on the daredevil soundtrack

I personally prefer their heavier side, thats what made me a fan of them in the first place. But this song is nice, I like both versions as well.

I never was really into this song, I usually skipped over it on the album. It was okay, until it became a single, and then it just got terrible.

This song still haunts me. And I don't mean that in a good way. It's like My Heart Will Go On. It's so bad to me it's humorous. Kelly Clarkson's lame goth-pop attempts (Addicted, Hear Me) were way better.

One of the most overblown songs in recent history.

lol, why was this moved into the rock forum? Its 100% pop to me despite the cheesy rock climax.

I hated this song, but then it was hugely popular while I was living in Italy so it had instant nostalgia which turned this song from hate to love for me. But I heard it overplayed so much since I returned home that the nostalgia of that was almost depleted. Now I think the song is ok.

I like this song a lot, but I don't like what they did to the ending on the radio/video version. They made it sound like an overwrought Celine Dion ballad or something. I actually like the version on the Daredevil soundtrack the most - the one where it's just a piano and Amy's voice.
And yeah, this really belongs in the Pop Review forum.
