Absolutely gorgeous song. It's a cover of The Korgis' song from the mid to late 70's. MAYBE early 80's, not really sure... I think it was around 75, though.
Anyway.... I aboslutely LOVE It. One of my top 5 Beck songs, if not my favorite.
