The Doves are a British band from Manchester and their second LP "The Last Broadcast" is one of my favourites of all-time and includes this modern day classic "There Goes The Fear" which reached #3 in the UK back in April 2002. The song means a lot to different people but to me it's about how so often life passes you by and you go on to miss out on brilliant things through fear, which you later go on to regret. Quite sad in a way. Here's the video for those unfamiliar with it: www.youtube.com/watch?v=IYUvndY95YoThroughly recommend the album btw.

Love the song, love the album as well. Yeah, it's still one of the best albums of the decade IMO. Re-living it right now! ;D
