So this is supposedly the lead single from her sophomore album. It should be out next month.

I like the title but since Jay-Z is on it and it's a lead single, I have to wonder if the title itself is meant as an homage to "Crazy In Life" in which case can you say cheesy?

I wonder if it samples that rap song from '98, the one that goes "uptown baby" and talks about the Bronx and stuff.

So this is supposedly the lead single from her sophomore album. It should be out next month. Is this based on additional information, or are you going off what was posted in her discussion thread? The title is ironic, of course, because well, with Jay-Z on it, it is basically Deja Vu to the last lead single lol. It's clever and creative, but also, a bit corny. Of course, on paper, this should be hot, a summer jam, shoot straight to #1, etc. We will have to wait and see. I can't wait to hear it, and I hope it leaks this week. Either way, I believe we should have it by June 1st, if this is all true.

With songs like "So Lonely" and "Enough Cryin'", I think it's pretty safe to say she got a hit on her hand.

Why do I get the feeling this was never on Promosquad? I find it hard to believe only one person heard this on there.

i know it is odd to me i think even if there was a tiny snippet of the song ; those 14 seconds would be enough to have Beyonce fans worshipping the ground she walks on since she is the musical goddess. for hearing a suppossed leak ed bit of it there certainly is a lack of buzz on the net.

Well the story is a longer clip was on, but this person only released the 14 secs of it lol
Im starting to think the entire clip is fake
Beyonce is arguably the hottest female artist out right now...I dont even know why they would want to "test" her material on PromoSquad in the first place. It's not like there is any doubt that the song is going to be a hit.

Even if it isn't Deja Vu, I still think it's her. That little adlib at the end sounded exactly like her.
