This might be "old" now, but I wanted to post about this song, because it's so catchy and she sounds very mature. This is my favorite song from Counting Down The Days, and deserved to be the third single in the UK. In US this was her best bet to score a hit, but I think she was pretty done when "Wrong Impression" flopped.

I love this song too. I haven't heard her whole album, but I've heard about half of it and this was the favorite. I actually think "Shiver" would have been her best bet for a US single though. "Perfectly" sounds 90's, but not the type of 90's that's been coming back. "Shiver" on the other hands is fresh and catchy, and the perfect balance of Pop and Rock.
I don't know why the didn't at least give her a shot in the US this time. She actually exceeded my expectations with "Wrong Impression." She was basically a one hit wonder following up a 4 year old song when that "WI" was released. I thought it would do nothing, but it still managed Top 10 HAC and Top 30 Pop (even more impressive when you look at the type of songs doing well there at the time). I don't think "Shiver" would have been huge, but I think it would have at least gone Top 20 HAC so why not just release the album here so the fans can buy it, even if there's zero promo?

It sucks that the label didn't put a just little effort in this proyect. This album is right behind "White Lilies Island" as my favorite album by Natalie. Elegant, that's the word that describe this record for me.
