I think "Lovefool" was the Cardigans' biggest hit -- and with good reason. This was an undeniably fun pop record. It was a lot more radio friendly than just about anything else they've released. Even though I like it, I know lots of people think this song is annoying. And I guess I can see where they're coming from: It is kind of repetitive. But that's half the appeal of the record IMO. Here's a video link. UK: #2, Australia: #7, Hot 100 Airplay: #2

I really like it! It's the epitome of a novelty song.

I can't believe the same band that did the violent video for "My Favorite Game" recorded this. I HATE IT!!!!

I liked this when it was out. Now it's kind of annoying and overplayed. I prefer their latest stuff.

I love it, it's a great pop song and everything, but their material after this is so much better. A shame they'll always be remembered in the US just for this.

"My Favourite Game", "Erase/Rewind", and the fabulous "Diamonds" are all better. This is good, but not great.
