Forget McFly, the best boy band were always Point Break... as far as I'm aware, NOT named after the 1991 film featuring Keanu Reeves and Patrick Swayze. No, apparently they only managed to find Dec at the last minute (when he performed on This Morning with Richard and Judy in their search for a new boyband) and up until they found him, the band were at 'braking point' - hence Point Break. Formed from ex-cast members of Children's TV show, the Geordie based "Byker Grove", Ollie, Brett and Dec (Point Break) were a boyband who wrote all of their songs, were heavily influenced by The Goo Goo Dolls and rose to a short period of fame back in 2000 thanks to their debut single "Stand Tough". Taken from their #21 album "Apocadelic", their second single was one I really liked at the time (and still enjoy ), with the crap title of "Freakytime". It reached #13 on the UK singles chart in April 2000. Video: uk.youtube.com/watch?v=2lL0m0qMtKg

I don't remember this one. It's all about "Stand Tough" and "You". Well, it was, I can't imagine they've stood up very well...

I've never heard this before. I guess the verses are ok, but the lyrics are so bad and the video makes me laugh my ass off, especially when they look at the camera all "sexy" like. And the rap...oh dear God. It's like the 'legitimacy' is basically one of them holding a guitar while having Chris Kirkpatrick-like braids. It's funny to make such an attempt at an "anthemic" song about f**king. And McFly are so much better than these idiots
