This is a late 90's dance classic. It's basically a looped sample of Chaka Khan's "Fate" with a short vocal loop thrown repeatedly on top of the sample, but somehow it works out really well. It's just a great, breezy, summery dance song. It went to #2 in the UK and #1 on the US Club Play chart.
