Do the lyrics really not bother any of you guys?
"Are we human, or are we dancers?"

I don't mind the lyrics so much they're bad, but they usually are from them.
I like everything about this song but his voice.
Sounds like a more upbeat version of Alphaville's "Forever Young" only without a good singer.

Not sure what to think of this... they're getting weirder with every release.
Never thought they'd sound like this after their debut single.

Do the lyrics really not bother any of you guys? "Are we human, or are we dancers?" lol the lyrics are actually "Are we human, or are we denser?" It does sound like he's saying dancer though

O.... M.... G.... What Happened to The Killers!?? this is ok but this sounds like Metro Station but poppier , where are the guitars i don't believe this i like the lyrics though and to clear it up it's denser not dancer. maybe this will grow on me and i'll love it but this is just way too electro/pop/rock-ish for me at the moment.

I hear this a lot here- it's alright. It kind of reminds me of Keane's new direction as well.

I f**king love this. I love how dance it is. The lyrics are crap though. Is it 'denser' or 'dancer'?

I have a link if you're still looking for it, Will. This is not on UK iTunes - apparently we have to wait until 10th November.

This is definitely a grower. I like it a lot now as well. Still, it's really hard to connect this to songs like "Mr. Brightside" or "Jenny Was a Friend of Mine." It still seems like their debut will remain their peak imo.

I'm really liking this too now - much better than anything from the previous era IMO.
#13 on US iTunes.

They're on SNL this weekend, performing this I assume. I'm excited to see the performance. I think it'll be pretty great.

#11 on US iTunes now.
I thought this would have made much more of an impact. Hopefully the SNL performance boosts it into the Top 3!

This is already doing better than "Bones", "Read My Mind", "Shadowplay", "Smile Like You Mean It" and "All These Things...".

I'm really surprised that Alternative radio is playing this straight into the Top 10. It's got to be the danciest song to go Top 10 there since... as long as my memory stands.

I have a link if you're still looking for it, Will. Got one, but thanks! This is my favourite thing they've done behind "Mr. Brightside". This reminds of "Flux" by Bloc Party a bit. Not just in sound, but in reaction. It's a big alternative band with a big following doing a 'dance' song and you either love it or hate it.

This is easily my least favorite. I'm hoping "Spaceman" is better.
