This is the fourth song on the tracklisting. She said in an interview to Power 106 this is one of the last songs she worked on for this album. It was produced by her and Bryan-Michael Cox, it's a ballad, and since it is the first ballad on the tracklisting, might as well be the second single

An Australian fan said this song is not available when you pre-order the album. It can be an error, or they are supressing the downloads to the second single

I'd pretty much bet this is going to be the next single. Everyone is going to be looking for that WBT-type song from the album, this is a ballad and one of the last songs she worked on for the album. WBT was also one of the last songs she worked on for Mimi. She tends to release those last songs as singles, usually.

Mariah recorded the backing vocals for this song after the Ryan Seacrest interview. It also seems it's one of her favorite songs on the album

Maybe THIS should be the second single. Honestly, after reading all the reviews, it's obviously the more uptemo-driven joints that are the highlights on this record, so maybe she should just release one big ballad.
