Goes for adds January 24. As much as I like "Road To Zion," this should have been the second single all along. It features Bobby Brown on the hook and he sounds pretty smooth. The beat sounds like The Neptunes, but it isn't. Melodically, it reminds me of Janet's "Got Til It's Gone". Hopefully radio doesn't hold it against him for releasing a single that put lyrics over the melody.

I love "Road To Zion" and think it actually had a hot melody and chorus. Remember the days when NYC hip-hop radio would say "f**k whatever the rest of the country is playing" and play much better songs by NYC artists, such as Nas? Yeah, i miss those days too. "Road To Zion" would have at least been huge if they still lived by that.
Anyway, I like "Beautiful" but it is just a little on the annoying side. Not enough to make me dislike it though. I hope he gets another a hit. Reggae songs usually becomes hits in their own, regardless of whether they're a 1st or 5th single or following up a smash or a flop. He has that going for him.

I recently bought his album and he has some strong tracks. Better then I expected but I wasn't surprised since I heard alot of good things about him. This is a great song for a single release but compared to some of his other tracks this ain't even close to being my favorite overall. Still I hope this is successful because he deserves success and this song is really good. He made the right choice by releasing this one to radio. I agree should have been the 2nd single.

Yeah. Oh well. This song is catchy, but it really is pretty weak in quality. I'm just happy he got a big hit with "Welcome To Jamrock" and it won him a Grammy.

That video looks like a commercial for Target.
As soon as I saw Bobby I laughed out loud.

I was expecting it to look something like Snoop's "Beautiful". I don't like the video.

The VH1 Soul Player channel must have a fetish for this song or something. They play it at least once an hour, and sometimes only 20 minutes apart.
