Wow, this is really nice. But is this really featuring Chris? He's only Timbaland-esque adlibs in the background. LOL. I think this is the song he wrote for her.

It's good but I was expecting a LOT more based on the comments on this thread.

This was originally supposed to be the duet between Rihanna and Chris Brown.
Keri Hilson did a demo for it, and it's produced by Polow.

It annoys me that 90% of the R&B songs right are almost like rejects from another artist, or that other three people sang the demo. And then they say it's their most personal record.

That's not just R&B. I never believe anyone who says "this is my personal record." With their next CD, they just say, "That wasn't really me." I think a lot of people have a hard time saying they heard a song and liked it so they recorded it because in most people's eyes, it doesn't make them an "artist."

I don't think this song is very good at all. I don't know what everyone else is hearing. lol I feel like she is yelling the entire thing.

It's nice, but nothing special. I like Polow's version more, but Keri sounds pretty awful on it.

This is also added to the New Music section on AllAccess. I'm surprised she kept Chris' adlibs in.

Chris is going to have a big comeback with his new album...as if nothing ever happened.
Enough time has passed, and he is doing all the right things to come back. The "Forever" video, the apology, taking pics with NYPD, and even Mary endorsing him with this track.

Hot 97 has added this.
This era has been all over the place so far. They leaked "The One" in June for an album out in November. Then they didn't even send it for adds until last week. Now that it's taking off and it's in those AT&T adds, Geffen is trying to push this song. I don't get it.

Her promo has always been horrible though. in 2003, she leaked "L@FS" way too soon and then started pushing "Ooh!" instead, only to pull that one too because she publicly hated and refused to show the video. The last time around, she sent some song (forget the name) to radio because of iTunes ads while "Just Fine" was taking off, and it flopped. This is just expected of her.
