This definitely has The-Dream's style but the writing is all her. The cheekiness in her lyrics is so apparent.

No im talking about the man that clearly wrote this song and the majority of her album. His writing style is very identifiable and he even did the demo. He wouldnt be demoing a song he didnt write. Mariah didnt write this, get over it. The whole album sounds like pt 2 to Electric Red's album. oh hush your always b*tching about something and talking like your opinion is the absolute truth. My opinion is my opinion. U must be threatened by it if u have such a problem with it. get over it. Thats what message boards are for, to post opinions.

The majority of her album? I think he wrote a lot of this, but I can't hear anything else on the album lyrically that sounds like his or Elektric Red's. Also, you have to take into consideration the fact that you have no idea how much he wrote based on the demo - Mariah always has her producers demo songs for her to sing (with their voice) because she doesn't record the vocals with them (check out Brian Michael Cox's "Bye Bye" - as if ANYONE would write those lyrics except for her).

I definitely think this should be the third single now. It's easily the most radio-friendly song on the record; it's also the closest thing to her most recent big hits (aside from "Angels Cry.") It has that classic Mariah "lightness" and simplicity that works well for her on radio (Shake It Off, Touch My Body).
p.s. It does sound like she's singing "Obama face."

Thats what message boards are for, to post opinions. and your free to have your opinion, my problem is when people start throwing their opinion around as if it were the truth and I'm not , nor have i felt threatened by anyone's opinion on this message board or in real life so i don't have the slightest clue where your going with that but anyway i didn't come here to pick a fight or w/e i was just stating my opinion on your opinion. anyway not to get off topic that 1 line where she does the fast talking is hilarious and i'm hoping this is the 3rd single

Did anyone else notice a major lyrical error? There's no such thing as a "BBG" - it's a BBJ jet-plane. Not that anyone would know...but The-Dream had it correct in his demo.

i'm sold on this song I think it should be a single at some point. My only problem is releasing is 3rd. It has the same vibe/tone as obsessed - where she is attacking the other person. I would release Angels Cry 3rd and Up out my face 4th. Then re-release the album. 100% becomes the 5th single H.A.T.E.U the Final single.

This is by far the catchiest song on the album. I only listened to it once last night and I still have the hook in my head.

This sounds like an urban hit to me. It's catchy, but the production could stand to be a little tighter.

I think Pop would also instantly go for this because it's so light (TMB, SIO). This and Angels Cry seem really crossover friendly.

I can actually see this being used for football promo. She should see about getting a spot at the Superbowl for this song. I think it has that kind of energy especially with the reprise.

Even tough I prefer Standing O, this is probably the best option for third single

I honestly think this is overrated. It sounds like a Dream knock off of "Shake It Off". The reprise is hotter to me than the song. This song is boring.

This is one of the few great tracks on the album. I like the production. It probably gets old very quickly though. I like the reprise, very cool.

This has all the ingredients to be a huge hit. It's an obvious single choice and would be a great follow-up to "Ribbon".

I would've preferred either a brand new uptempo song or "Ribbon" be released before "Angels Cry" and "Up Out My Face" remixes.

Maybe they're sending this to Urban while "Angels Cry" go everywhere else.

That would be really risky IMO. She never seems to recover after a flop, despite the quality of the song.
This is pop-friendly IMO.

Minaj joins an exclusive group of female collaborators featured on recorded Mariah songs: Lil' Vicious ("Always Be My Baby Remix"), Whitney Houston ("When You Believe"), Mocha & Amil ("I Still Believe Remix"), Trina ("Loverboy Remix"), Missy Elliott ("Heartbreaker Remix"), Da Brat ("Heartbreaker Remix," "Honey Remix," "Loverboy," etc.) and Kelly Price ("Through The Rain Remix"). Hahahaa! Lil' Vicious is not a female. Anyway, Im very glad this is getting a release.

This probably has a better chance than "Angels Cry". I can't understand why they're not sending this out first.
