This is listed as Will.i.am & Nicki Minaj on AllAccess. The label is also interscope, which makes me think it's for a Will.i.am project since Nicki is with Universal Motown.

I like this but I think it's fun more than it's hot. It's a good song right now but not one that will hold up.

Nicki tweeted that this will be on "Pink Friday" so i assume this is a dual-single and i'm assuming Will.i.am is working on another solo album and this is the final version
this is also been on iTunes since Friday

THis is the best thing she has done....and thats not saying much. You mean as far as releases go? Or overall? If angeltimes if referring exclusively to Minaj releases, then I agree completely. I still LOVE Nicki because she rips every guest spot she's ever done, but all of her own songs are good but far from impressive.

Nicki Minaj And Will.I.Am's 'Check It Out' Video An 'Ode To Anime' 'I've joined forces with the only boy that I know that's able to capture that culture,' Nicki tells MTV News.
By Jayson Rodriguez, with reporting by Kelly Marino
Nicki Minaj has proven to be a larger-than-life figure, so for her forthcoming "Check It Out" video, it only made sense that she partnered with equally over-the-top Black Eyed Peas frontman Will.I.Am.
"We're doing an ode almost to Japanese anime," Minaj told MTV News about the highly stylized animation style while on the Los Angeles set of the video. "I'm obviously a big fan, and I've joined forces with the only boy that I know that's able to capture that culture."
The Lil Wayne protégé and the producer joined forces for the song, which will appear on Nicki Minaj's Pink Friday album, due in November.
The pair performed the number on the 2010 MTV Video Music Awards pre-show, where they premiered the song. The track leaked a few days prior to the show, but the performance was the official debut.
"You can expect to see a bunch of flyness as far as outfits," Will told MTV News of the video. "When I say flyness, I'm referring to Nicki."
For the video, the two will re-create the energy from their VMA performance, which featured Nicki Minaj in a skintight leather outfit and Will.I.Am with a futuristic sheen. The producer/rapper got some heat for his jet-black face paint during the pre-show, which, to some fans, was reminiscent of the antiquated, racially charged practice of blackface.
Will defended the costume on Twitter: "Are you guys serious? my outfit set 'black people back 100 yrs' choose your twits wisely," Will typed. "No education sets people back, no jobs, bad health."
