Yeah, this is typical Stargate, but it's hot. Outside of Nelly, ugh.

Label wants this to be the pop single. She wants to release the song with Chris next.

They are both hits, this has potential to cross over to pop. She should release this then the song with Chris.

This album doesn't have any good singles on it, for Urban or Pop, this is the probably the closest though.

I thought this was "Te Amo" when it started.

This would be smart as the next single.

I actually agree with the label. This is a much better option than "One Night Stand". It's more or less a remixed "Te Amo".

Keri Hilson unleashed her inner animal last night at Paper magazine’s 2011 Beautiful People Party. The sexy singer, who performed during the Hollywood event, hit the red carpet in an ’80s-inspired outfit, wearing a leopard-print jacket over a bra, tight pants, and a red belt tied around her waist.
The songstress is gearing up to film the video for her Stargate-produced single “Lose Control” with Nelly off her sophomore album No Boys Allowed. Miss Keri will reteam with director Colin Tilley, who previously helmed the visuals for “One Night Stand” featuring Chris Brown and “In the Air,” her collaboration with U.K. rapper Chipmunk.

HOT, Keri sounds whiny though. I love the new trend of "Te Amo"/"What's My Name"/"Rude Boy" sound-alikes

Keri Hilson lights up the desert in the Colin Tilley-directed video for “Lose Control,” her club-ready collaboration with Nelly off her sophomore album No Boys Allowed. The blonde seductress comes out after the sun goes down, oozing sex appeal as she shakes, winds, and rolls across the screen. She models a handful of warrior princess looks on land and in a lagoon, getting hot and heavy with Nelly, who gets dragged by her crew through the sand. Relinquish all control to Miss Keri.

Fresh off her U.K. promo tour, Keri Hilson shook, wound, and rolled her way through her performance on FOX’s “So You Think You Can Dance.” The blonde diva hit the stage in a shimmering mini-skirt and thigh-high boots to deliver her Nelly-assisted single “Lose Control,” thrusting her hips alongside her female dancers. Shortly after the show aired, “Kelly Hilson” became a trending topic on Twitter after the show’s host Cat Deeley mispronounced her name.

This song has a very catchy chorus. It gets stuck in my head.

This pulled in a good amount of Urban adds this week so she just might get another moderate hit. Her chart performance is so inconsistent.

I think Nelly really throws this song off and it would probably do better without him. If they wanted a rapper ludacris would have been a better option but I think she could have and should have pulled this off on her own.

Yeah since Urban is her core format they should have gone with an Urban rapper rather than a Pop rapper.
Nelly seems right back to washed up status but when this song was new, he was off of a huge comeback hit.... but not at Urban.
