I'm really surprised he's still with J/RCA after they just thew his last album out there. This is pretty good. You can definitely hear Ryan Tedder's influence in it.

Love it. Agreed on the clear Tedder influence - way more drums than DeGraw usually uses. This sounds much more commercial than anything off Free - if the label's willing to push it, I could see this being a mid-sized hit (but that could just be wishful hoping).

This has some catchy aspects but the hook is a let down.

This is starting to slowly come to light again.
Almost Top 10 at Hot AC with a huge +308 bullet. (Among the Top 5 greatest gainers)
#40 on iTunes

Good for him. He really hasn't lived up to the promise of his debut, but I still love his voice.

This is finally growing on me. The Tedder-inspired drums are sick, but I hate the backup vocals in the bridge.

Anyone else surprised that this is such a big hit? It still sounds so plain to me.

Apparently this is his biggest hit since "I Don't Want to Be." He's definitely had better songs, but I'm not really surprised that this has done well - it's a solid, if uninspired, song. I'm more surprised that his label actually pushed him after two lackluster eras.
