Formed in 2003 in Timberlake’s hometown of Memphis, Tennessee, Freesol came together when lead singer/rapper, Free, decided to move beyond the basic hip-hop formula of “two turntables and a microphone” and formed an actual band with the addition of Elliott Ives on guitar/vocals, Premo Danger on the keyboard, and Kickman Teddy on the drums. Timberlake saw them perform in 2006 — around the release of FutureSex/LoveSounds — and immediately signed them to his upstart label...

Justin thinks it's 2006 still. I'm starting to think he wouldn't have success even if he came back now. It's been too long and no one even cares anymore.
