I just heard "Say It Right" on Star 94 today and was wondering what the hell happened after Loose. That title sounds a bit...whack, but so did "Promiscuous" so we'll see. I fear radio has probably lost interest.

I feel like every artist that had the potential to be huge in the 2000's screwed everything up or just stopped making music. Gwen Stefani, Fergie, Nelly Furtado, Timbaland, Justin Timberlake, Avril Lavigne, the list goes on...

I'm kind of skeptical based on the title, the producer, and how long she took between albums. I love Nelly though so I hope she proves me wrong!

It is such an odd title.

I don't know, not feeling too good about this one. Songs about apparel always annoy me. Louboutins, Blue Jeans, f**k Me Pumps, all of the Plain White T's catalog...

She shouldn't dance like that.
The song sounds good, but I feel like it will fly completely under the radar juts like "Morning After Dark."

She seems like a really annoying person.
Which might extend to the song. I'm going to withhold judgment until I hear the whole thing, because it sounds like there's some potential for quality but also some potential to be really irritating. It reminds me of something off Fergie's album.
Either way, I bet this will be THE hula hoop anthem of 2012. LOL

Based on that small clip I'm really interested in hearing the full song. I've missed her.

There's another 1-minute clip floating around somewhere... she sounds whinier than usual on it (like Rihanna but worse) but the song itself is really catchy. I think I'll like it

She sounds terrible on the clip. I'm still holding out judgement on the song.

Full song has leaked. WHAT IN THE HOLY HELL is she singing? I seriously can't understand half the song. And she is soooooo nasal.
That being said, I'll probably be in love with this at some point.
Oh yeah, FLOP.

I agree completely with the first two lines. What on earth is going on with her voice? I said earlier that this had the potential to be really hot or really messy, and she realized both.
It's very fathomable that this could bomb off the face of the earth, but somehow I'm holding out hope that radio will bite. Definitely didn't work to their advantage that this leaked the same day as Maroon 5's new one, because that's clearly grabbing the radio/media hype.

I'm already jamming to this on repeat at work. I'm singing along, but don't know what the hell I'm saying, lmao.
I just think the vocals are too polarizing for this to be a huge hit (and being unintelligible is an issue too). That and the hook isn't that strong.
But since when have terrible vocals stopped a song from smashing? I wouldn't mind this being a hit.

I think this is genius apart from the horrible vocals. The whole vibe of the song, the production, the sexual innuendo with "bigger the better"...I definitely enjoy this more than Maroon 5's song.

Her vocals have ruined songs for me. This is the worst.
