It would be so funny if this becomes their biggest Hot 100 hit. It's going to take a lot to outpeak "Long Time Gone" and "Landslide". It should be one of their bigger Hot 100 hits though. #5 on iTunes

Well I guess we see who gets the last laugh now I think this is going to be more like a Sheryl Crow "Always On Your Side" thing where it has the giant hype downloads for a week and a half and then falls fast.

I'm hoping that it can inch higher on the iTunes chart and maybe stay they for next week as well, so it will jump inside the Top 10 in its second week on the Hot 100!

I think it might be more like a Madonna "Hung Up" thing, where a comeback song from a HUGE veteran artist blows up on Itunes yet barely scrapes by in terms of radio airplay. Of course, neither Madge nor Sheryl was coming back from a political controversy. Anything could happen at this point.

Madonna had consistent sales because she had major TRL play and she's a huge legend. The Dixie Chicks have neither.

Up to #23 on the Hot 100, so that puts it in fifth place among their hits.

Did this flop? I don't see it anywhere on the mediabase country chart. But some of their other songs are getting airplay.
