Anddddddd the bullet is gone. Also gone from Taking Off. This will have a #19 peak unless something totally unforeseen happens. Jewel is officially done.

LOL @ her label witholding the digital single as if it's a hot IDJ Pop song. It's going to take a lot more strategising than that. Poor Jewel

amazing performance! I love how she sustained the word Love at the very end. I rarely see performances like this these days. I am very impressed.

She got her bullet back and is actually in the Top 20 greatest gainers again. Nothing amazing, but at least it's not over now.

I doubt it. HAC has never been a payola hotbed and Jewel is barely a priority at all for her label now. They're not going to invest in payola for her. I think it comes on the heels of her Rob Thomas co-headline tour announcement. That's definitely a smart move for garnering more interest from HAC PD's.

Right now I hate her voice in this song, especially in the hook.

This is only on 10 AAA stations, a one-time base of hers and a format that really doesn't hold flops against people.

I hear this quite a lot in GA. I'm a pretty big Jewel fan, and when I first heard this song I was NOT crazy about, but I really like it right now!

It'll be interesting to see if anything happens with the downloads, considering it was held off from iTunes til the album release. Maybe it can get to like #85 iTunes!!!

If this song came out a few months later, it could have done better. With Kelly on her last single and Natasha likely a one format-hit wonder, there would be no females competing with her. The only other female single would be KT Tunstall's second single, which is far from a sure shot itself not to mention that there'd be room for two female singles at once.

She performed this on Conan last night...she looked hot, but this song sucks! I always hate when people fall in love and then their songwriting becomes so damn sappy.

Did this end up falling off the Hot 100 after just that one week on?

Sirius Radio's Coffee House station plays an acoustic version that really makes this song sound much more organic and like the real Jewel. But even there, she's trying to belt.
