Instant impact at #44 Active Rock right now. It also has 36 spins at Alternative. The label actually sent out cease and desist orders, but I guess anticipation was too much. Stations are actually not stopping their airplay of this song. I heard the song isn't even that good. I guess that's what a decade off after leaving on a high note does to your career. Supposedly the label wants to hold off until the end of the year to release Chinese Democracy, but they've been pushing this album back for like a decade. I have a feeling while it may result in a huge first single for them, the album is going to get critically trashed. They just worked hype to it's fullest extent.

Top 40 at Active Rock and these are only the rebel stations playing it!

I have the demo version of the song, but it really sounds like the full song. Anyways, it's not that bad, but after almost a decade, i was expecting a lot more.

They must have gotten really serious with the cease and desist orders because this totally disappeared.

I think a lot of the media, along with Axl Rose, is over-estimating the demand for new Guns N' Roses material. There's more to a band than just a name, and the Guns N' Roses that was huge dissolved years ago. It's basically just Axl Rose and his ego-tripping. I can see CD having a big first-week because of die-hard fans and the curiousity factor that goes along with a much-hyped and delayed project like this, but it will probably fall like a rock afterwards.
