My station said this is one of their top requests right now. If this had more exposure, I could see it being a huge iTunes hit just because of the gimmick.

Isn't it "Matisyahu"? But anyways, I'm lovin' this song right now (#9 on my personal chart). It's funny 'cause I've nver been much of a lover of reggae... Oh, and hey, guys!

This sounds like it's about 9 years old atleast. I'm surprised it's doing so well. I like it though.

Is anyone else getting major classic Dave Matthews Band vibes from some of the chords here?

I discovered this song back in August after hearing it in a bar oddly enough. About a month ago I even bought the album since it was only $9.99 at Tower and I'm such a sucker for CD's under 10 bucks.
If you only even slightly like this, you might want to check the live album out. There's a slightly different version of it on there, which is more upbeat, but not necessarily better. But there are a lot of other excellent tracks on there. It's definitely a solid album.

I heard that this guy will be on the new P.O.D. album, which I find weird, because this guy is Jewish, right?

The album is top 10 at Itunes, and this has been gaining quite a few Pop spins. Sleeper hit of the year?

I heard that this guy will be on the new P.O.D. album, which I find weird, because this guy is Jewish, right? Yeah, he's Jewish. Hasidic Jewish for that matter. The album is top 10 at Itunes, and this has been gaining quite a few Pop spins. Sleeper hit of the year? I hope it's the sleeper hit of the year! It's so refreshing to hear on the radio, and it's catchy as hell. He really offers something different, in terms of his image and music. I'd love for something completely left of center came like this blew up into a real hit.

There is now a studio version of this song as well. FUSE stopped airing the live video and is instead playing the real video, set to the studio song. I prefer the original, live version by far. The sudio version loses the jam band vibes of the live version, in favor of a more typical white reggae rapper sound.
#62 on iTunes
