Better known as Fergie of the Black Eyed Peas ... this song is from POSEIDON soundtrack ... and it is one of two songs she sings in the movie - that will be released tomorrow.
"Won't Let You Fall" was co-written by Fergie and will.i.am of the Black Eyed Peas, along with Keith Harris, Byron McWilliams and Ron Fair, chairman of Geffen Records; the track was produced by will.i.am and co-produced, arranged and conducted by Ron Fair.
I love this song!! Amazing track from Fergie... almost sounds like a Christina Aguilera ballad ...

Stupidly, iTunes is only selling the Fergie songs as "album only" with the soundtrack.
I'm interested to hear it...I don't think i've heard her do a ballad since her Wild Orchid days.

You have a music blog? Wow I don't think it's been manipulated so much by ProTools... that's for music-heavy tracks (and this ain't one) like Britney's Toxic

Wow. This is BORING. It's like that Narada Michael Walden sh*t from the 80's that he was giving to Whitney that sounded like Star Search garbage.
It doesn't sound like her at all either.

Trash it! The whole song is one big mess. The chorus sounds like it will never end, and her Xtina-esque wailing is too grating on my ears.

LOL @ the double standards ---- If it was Mariah or Christina, heck even Whitney singing it, you'd all be declaring it a great song. There's hardly any difference between this song and what "more established" ballad-singing females like the 3 mentioned above have done ... I think everyone's just surprised Fergie is capable of singing like this ... lol, it's alright, everyone's opinion should be respected.

I don't like this.
Not because it's Fergie.
I just don't like it.
But the fact that it's Fergie makes it worse. Cuz she's annoying.

She sounds better than usual. I sorta like it. Would like it much better if someone like Christina sings it.
