This board needs a barf smilie.
Not that this song is that terrible, but it is EXACTLY what you'd expect. It reminds me of the kids in my high school that, well, ... listen to Hawthorne Heights (you know the ones I'm talking about).

Here: I like this song though, . and I'm not in High School anymore so thankfully I don't have to be around all those emo kids.

I think I'd rather buy Ne-Yo's album after reading this ridiculous message posted on their myspace.
OMFG, who wrote this sh*t? I know it says Hawthorne Heights, but I want to know which of the band members wrote it.

LOL that post is hilarious. The best line is "You buying our album tomorrow has much greater meaning than simply supporting Hawthorne Heights. ROCK music needs your support." I didn't realize HH were the ambassadors of "rock" music to the world.

This is quite possibly the most stereotypically emo song ever.
And that message is just...ugh. This is even worse than an interview I read where they said something about how they were going to try to actually make the screams effective on this album instead of just screaming for the sake of screaming, or something to that effect. Like they basically admitted how contrived their music is. They said something about hooks too. Too bad I can't find that interview now, but jeez...

I think that they should have just stopped with their first album. They completely ruined any positive outlook that I have on them with the new cd.

The new album is by far better than the mediocreness of their debut. Out of the 8 albums I've listened to this year, If Only You Were Lonely is still my favorite.
