Marion Raven put out her solo album last year. It was okay, but didn't come close to The Big Room. Marit's solo album comes out this year. It's been a little over 3 years since they broke up. Marit's first single is titled "Don't Save Me". I don't really like this much unfortunately. It's not even as good as what Marion was putting out. The melody is kind of irritating and her accent is overbearing. I don't know if it's because they only had good chemistry together or if it's that lightning only struck once for them. The album is titled Under The Surface and comes out in March. I heard another song titled "Only A Fool" and it sounded like cheesy folk. Marion was obviously the more talented songwriter. She wrote all the songs for M2M, while Marit contributed to about half. It also hurt them as solo artists because they lost their production connections with people like Larry Alexander, Peter Zizzo, Jimmy Bralower, and Tom Lord-Alge who are all topnotch Hot AC producers. Here's the single cover. She looks bad with dark hair. This is actually one of the best shots by far.

"Everything" and "What You Do About Me" were great pop songs and way better than the Pokemon song. Marion's song "Break Me" or "Break You" I don't remember, was nice but not that cool.

Her album is like ABBA meets Celtic folk.
