From their new album, the song will premiere on May 8th in the UK.
I think the title is funny. ;D
Don't ask.

Best of luck to them.
All these UK acts that were very successful here in 2004/2005 are now flopping with their second album material (Snow Patrol, Franz Ferdinand, probably Keane)

was Snow Patrol really that succesful here? and its too early to call them a flop with "Hands Open", but they probabaly will.

They also had success at AAA with other songs. I don't know how much their album sold, but in this area they're one of the "buzz bands" that everyone talks about liking and quotes in their AIM profiles, etc. lol

I don't know why it took me so long to listen to this song. Now that I did, I love it. It's so different from what I was expecting.

Ok, now that I'm addicted to this, it looks like this will only be the first single in the UK.
Now they're saying "Knights of Cedonia" will be the first single in the US. "Knights" is more conventional Muse, but it's not catchy and infectious like "Supermassive." In fact, I think it sounds a little theatrical and over the top. I'm not sure how well it will do. I still like it, just not as much.

^ Aw, I really like this. I didn't rate it much at first but I've been sucked into the supermassive black hole now. It's so catchy, but not as catchy as The Automatic's "Monster".

#4 UK smash! (okay, I know, I was a little late with that)
Anyway, this is definately one of my favorite singles this year. I really hope it's next in the US.

This took a while to grow on me, but it eventually made it to number 2 on my chart and should safely be in my points based year-end Top 10 I think (hope) as it spent 18 weeks on.
