This sure is a different spin on the song. You're right- it falls way short of the Editors version but I'll give her props for trying.

i do like it. Arctic Monkeys' "Love Machine" is the sh*t. they don't even change any pronouns! though i'm not sure how necessary it is to both put both Coldplay performing The Scientist and Natasha Bedingfield doing a cover of the same song.

OMG that's frakking awesome. But why are they even bothering to put tracks performed by the original artist?

I picked this up today, it's great. Would have been perfect if it didn't have 50 Cent on there and it had Nelly Furtado's cover of "Crazy" and Ne-Yo's performance of "So Sick", but I already have them as b-sides of singles so it's okay.

Ne-Yo did So Sick? I know he did a U2 song for the live lounge and Fall Out Boy (well the lead singer) did So Sick. both are good.

oh I dunno what other songs he did, but the performance he did of "So Sick" was really good. it's on the "Sexy Love" single

The album would be better imo if all the songs included were artists covering other artists' songs. It would have just been more special of a concept... and yeah, Ne-Yo's "Sometimes You Can't..." is most noticeably missing to me.

Also missing is We Are Scientists mind-blowing cover of Icelandic group Sigur Rós' "Hoppipolla".

That is an amazing tracklisting. "With or Without You" and "Push the Button" are FANTASTIC!
