The choruses are extremely similar instrumentally. It struck me immediately.

I didn't hear it at first, but now that it's been mentioned, I definitely hear some similarities to "You Give Me Something." While this is good, it's not nearly as good as that song though. This is also a little more obscure sounding than James. Another difference is while I think James is extremely US-radio friendly, this song is not.
