True. However, when "Naive" was a hit they also had an album out and their fanbase wasn't as established yet. I really thought "AWINTB" would have been a lock for #1.

Well usually just one of the songs will be picked as the "radio" track. I think if both are played they are charted separately.

Double A-sides are an out-of-date concept related to physical singles (from the old 7" vinyl), and will probably be phased out because they don't work anymore (Simon found this out when he released "No U Hang Up / If That's OK With You" and Leona's recent one - both of which stalled at #2).

Yeah - I think the only people who release double A-sides nowadays are Simon Cowell-related X-Factor acts and McFly. There was some wierd issue with the last Leona single, that the actual double A-side single of "Better in Time/Footprints" charted at #2 and some people were downloading "Footprints" from the album and that version charted somewhere in the 30s.
