From her live album released in 1998, this was probably the epitome of all male bashing songs and this was before they went out of control in 1999 and 2000. I still believe this one takes the crown for the ultimate male bashing song. It was pretty good. She sang it really randomly and it sounded improvised. Then after that, all these overly calculated male bashing songs started coming out. .. and it's your fault Kandi!

Terrific song. The live version is infinitely better than the studio track.Actually, that entire Live CD was great.

Classic! Erykah killed it live, and she did it with a sense of humor, as opposed to being bitter about it. The live version is infinitely better than the studio version.

I love it. I think she adlibbed the whole song and just told the background singers what to do whenever she got to the hook. It sounds like she's rambling off the top of her head instead of sitting back and singing something that she wrote that she thought was cute and clever. It's a JAM to this day.
