This is one of my all time favorite Natalie Cole singles. In 1977, this became her fourth out of what would become six overall #1 hits for her on Billboard's R&B chart. It also went to #5 on the Hot 100.

I've never been big on Natalie Cole, especially after she raided her father's grave for a duets album (am I the only one who thought that was tacky?). But I like this song, and her vocal peformance is incredibly smooth.

Yeah, I thought the Unforgettable thing was pretty tacky, not to mention cheesy as well. But I liked that string of hits she had beginning with her first single "This Will Be."
This song in particular is her best slow jam.
