This was a fun track from the early Spring of 1984. The video was great. What was the whole identity scandal thing?

There's one of those sped up 80's sample singles out right now that uses the hook from this. It's by Beatfreakz.
Anyway, I basically think this song is horrible (if he wasn't Berry Gordy's son how would this guy have ever gotten a deal?) but Michael Jackson's hook was great.

^^ Well, clearly "I wonder who's watching me now? WHO? The IRS?!" isn't an example of lyrical genius, haha.

This song is terrible to death... But I think the video was considered excellent by 1984 standards.
I still hear it at Halloween every year, though.

This song is fun, but I will admit, it's no masterpiece.

The Royal Gigolos remade this last year, in their typical remake style of the Benny Benassi sound over the repeating chorus. There's two versions; one with a female on vocals, and one with a male (which is by far the better of the two and can be found on Ministry of Sound's "Remix Heaven 2006 Vol 1").
Haha, I didn't expect so much hatin'. Oh well, I still think it's a lotta fun. And if the whole Prydzed remix thing doesn't kill you, the Royal Gigolos version is fun too.
