I love this song. It's also got a very interesting story behind it. It's in response to the US government asking Jamaican authorities to burn down their weed fields to put a stop to weed smuggling to the US. But, that obviously didn't go over so well with people who farm weed for a living. So it's protest music, but it sets to such a laid back melody and it sounds. It's strong words but it sounds really sweet.

It came out in 1983. John Holt is one of the biggest reggae legends in Jamaica. He's been singing since the 60's.
